The latest version for each image type is located in the bottom (non-gray) of the column.

The date for a particular CD-ROM is recorded in it's volume label (for example WolfPrep_20040722)

The date a particular image was made is recorded in the register, under the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NC State University\ImageDate
